I am aware I need to register first. I cannot just show up expecting a space.

Book Signing Hours


Authors are required to bring their own books and handle all book sales themselves.

Please be aware to show up ten minutes before your start time.

You'll have space for your novels.

Space is limited.

Table runners are allowed.

Do not bring a pull up banner.

Do you wish to showcase your books?

Please remember that space on the book rack is limited.

There is no need to check off Yes to both the signing hours and the showcase.

If showcasing please reach out to organizer to schedule a time to deliver books.

If any pricing changes between paperback and hardcover, please leave a well typed out note to the organizer.

Payment Options


Once you're confirmed, you can send a payment.

Do not sent payment until you receive confirmation from the organizer.

Payments can be made either via PayPal or check.

Paypal payments: The ARIA username is: author@riauthors.org In the memo line list your name and BBF days/showcasing.

If paying with Paypal the total fees are: $22 for showcasing or $37 for a 2hr slot.

For payments via check: Please make out the check to Association of Rhode Island Authors.

Please mail checks to: ARIA P.O. Box 334 North Kingstown, RI 02852-0334 In the memo line write your name and BBF hours/showcase.
